Apart from owning several cookbooks by so many authors, one of my favorite things to do is read about food. I find it so fascinating that something as basic as potato can have such different uses in every culture and religion. In India, there are religions that differ on the use of Garlic and Onion. Garlic and Onion, are the base ingredients for so many savory dishes across the world, but a group of population in India, doesn’t eat it at all, they can make 3-5 meals a day without the ingredients that are on my must list.
