Powered Masalas
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Malasa
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Veggies
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped finely
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves chopped
- 2 Green Chillies Chopped
- A handful of Cilantro Chopped
Dried Masalas
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 3-4 Black peppercorns
- 1 Dried Red Chili
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Heat a frying pan, add ghee, add the Dried Masalas. Let them sizzle.
Add in the onions, chopped garlic, and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the tomatoes, green chillies and saute for another 2-4 minutes.
Break the eggs in the pan and scramble them on the pan until they are cooked.
Add in the salt and other powered masalas and saute for another 4-5 minutes.
If the eggs seem dry, add olive oil and sprinkle cilantro.
Serve with toast and chai!
